Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship worldwide via bpost.
- Free shipping on all orders over €285
- Orders under €285 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@studiopalmier.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
